Are Micki Song Cosmetics products sold in any other retailer?

No. Not at this time. 

 

I placed an order. When will my package arrive?

All packages ship via USPS. Delivery estimates are based on ship date and your destination address. International orders may take up to 2 weeks and may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Some orders arrive sooner than expected, but orders may take a little longer (sometimes up to 45 days) due to custom delays.

 

Order Fulfillment: The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-7days.

 

For US orders: Once your order is fulfilled please allow 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS.

You will receive a USPS tracking number by email when your order is fulfilled.

*Please allow 24 to 48 hrs for tracking number to be updated by the USPS.

 

USPS First Class Mail:

 

United States: 3-7 business days

Canada: 7-10 business days

Everywhere Else: 10-14 business days (can be up to 6-8 weeks)

What method is used for shipping?

 All packages are shipped via USPS. 

 

SALES TAX:

Sales tax wlll be applied to your order during Checkout where applicable. 

 

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?

Not at this time.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, but please keep in mind International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fee's levied by your country's customs department upon arrival not included in your order total. When ordering from mickisongcosmetics.com the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these import fee's, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Micki Song Cosmetics does not collect duties and taxes, and we can not predict what your particular charges may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so contact your local customs office for more information.

 

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS:

To serve you better, mickisongcosmetics.com will begin to process your order immediately after you click the COMPLETE ORDER button. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.

 

RETURN POLICY:

We love our customers and your satisfaction is so important to us!  We will gladly replace any item that is received damaged upon shipping. We are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges for any other reason. All sales are final. Please note we are not responsible for any item damaged upon use. If you have a damaged item please contact our customer service email within 7 days of receipt and we will get it resolved for you asap!
