Shipping confirmation and delivery

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before paying for your order. We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of a parcel where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided. 


We ship all all orders via USPS for all domestic and international packages


Do you offer returns?

Due to the nature of the items all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds,  returns or exchanges. Please note, colors may vary due to monitor resolution settings on desktops and mobile devices and may appear different on each individual based on skin tone and lip pigmentation. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for this reason. reserves the right to deny any refund/exchange at any time.


Order Cancellation

To better serve you orders begin the fulfillment process immediately after order is submitted. Orders can not be cancelled, changed or modified once they have been placed. Please ensure all information is correct before submitting your order. 


How can I check the status of my order?

Order confirmations are sent to the email provided at checkout immediately after purchase. Please check that your email is entered correctly to ensure you receive it. If for any reason you have still not received your confirmation email please contact us


How can I track my package?

Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email with a link to your USPS tracking number.


My order arrived damaged

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 1 day of receipt. Please include a picture of the damaged item as well as your packing slip so we can best assist you. Please note, we are not responsible for items damaged upon use.


I received incorrect items in my order, what should I do?

Please contact 24 hrs after receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a photo of the items you received. 


My package is stuck in transit or marked delivered but never arrived:

If you purchased Route Shipping Insurance at checkout please review information here on how to file your claim.


If you did not purchase Package Protection at checkout, please contact the postal service for your zip code. Please note that Micki Song Cosmetics is not responsible for any package undelivered or lost by the United States Postal Service once a tracking number has been issued and accepted by the USPS. All acceptances by the USPS will be time stamped on your tracking number. For example your tracking number will read: (DATE ACCEPTED: ACCEPTED AT USPS ORIGIN FACILITY.


Order Tracking

All orders will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number to the email provided at checkout. Please ensure the email address you provide at time of checkout is correct. *Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your tracking number to be updated by the USPS.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery estimates are based on ship date and your destination address. International orders may take up to 2 weeks and may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Some orders arrive sooner than expected, but orders may take a little longer (sometimes up to 45 days) due to custom delays.

Order Fulfillment: The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-7 days.

For US orders: Once your order is fulfilled please allow 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS.
You will receive a USPS tracking number by email when your order is fulfilled.
*Please allow 24 to 48 hrs for tracking number to be updated by the USPS.

USPS First Class Mail:
United States: 3-7 business days
Canada: 7-10 business days
Everywhere Else: 10-14 business days (can be up to 6-8 weeks)


Where is my package?

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-7 days. Once your tracking number shows your package was accepted by the USPS we have no control over when your package will be delivered to you. The standard time frames can be found above under the heading Estimated Delivery. 

We now offer Route Shipping Protection on all orders unless removed by the customer at checkout. 

Route Protect is premium package protection for your online orders. When you add Route Protect at checkout, you can easily file issues for lost, stolen, damaged items in the event that there is a shipping issue with your order. Learn more about Route Protect and their policies here

Once we leave a package with the USPS it becomes their sole responsibility to ensure delivery. In the extremely rare event that your tracking number shows no movement after being accepted by the USPS or your package remains undelivered please contact your local post office in your zip code with your tracking number for more information. Once your package leaves our facility and enters the United States Postal Service system we have no further information other than your tracking number regarding the whereabouts of your package. 


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but please keep in mind International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fee's levied by your country's customs department upon arrival. When ordering from the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these import fee's, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Micki Song Cosmetics does not collect duties and taxes, and we can not predict what your particular charges may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so contact your local customs office for more information.
